Your body holds within it a treasure trove of wisdom and a soul map of every experience we have ever had. In a Shamanic Journeying session we balance and unite the physical with the spiritual, creating a bridge to reach the higher levels of consciousness within you so that you can access and unlock your power, wisdom and your body's own innate ability for self-healing.
Each session is different and tailored to your specific needs using Shamanic principles and techniques combined with somatic psychotherapy to assist you in stepping into alignment with your authentic self and restoring a sense of wholeness and harmony to your luminous energy field - the various layers of vibrating energy that make up a human being beyond the obvious physical layer.

Crystal Healing Session

Crystal Therapy & Energy Healing provides a holistic, non-invasive, gentle and relaxing experience. These quantum vibrational energy sessions tap into the medicine and power of the crystals and stones which are placed on or around the body in special patterns (sacred geometry) to access and unblock the key paths of energy flow. In these sessions we work with your Higher/Divine Self and Guides and connect to your Souls blueprint in order to help you return to centre, clearing away energy patterns (emotions) that hold us back and creating a space for allowing new experiences to enter our lives.
As an accredited crystal therapist, I have an extensive collection of therapeutic crystals and work intuitively with the medicine of the crystals.

The Rose is the greatest mystic symbol of Western and Middle Eastern civilisation. Associated since time immemorial to the Great Mother Goddess, to Venus, the Feminine Archetype and the Soul. It is the absolute perfection of the Golden Ratio of the Rose which leads to the opening of the heart to the revelation and experience of Divine Love.
The Sovereign Rose Ceremony is an initiation to the Sacred Way of the Rose, the hidden feminine Wisdom Tradition and the Way of the Heart. The womb is a powerful portal, the seat of all creation. It is through our wombs that we gestate and manifest our purest and highest desires, all flows through the womb.
As a Shamanic Midwife and Magdalene High Priestess of the Rose, I work with the Divine Mother, Cosmic Womb and Rose Lineage to bring through activation, healing, reconnection and restoration of the Divine Feminine Wisdom codes within you.
The Divine Feminine Rose frequency holds intimate knowledge of the Heart-Womb connection - and so this quantum energy session works within the womb matrix, realigning any imbalances; reactivating the Codes of Love, Compassion, Healing, Creativity, Wisdom, Truth, Sovereignty within you. It may also re-align your energy centres, activate dormant DNA, and especially release ancestral trauma and assist you to identify and unblock patterns & frequencies that may be holding you back from stepping into your power, creativity and further merging with your Higher Self.
As part of your Feminine Wisdom Reclamation session you may wish to receive a blessing of the womb - the 13th Rite of the Munay-Ki, which comes from a lineage of indigenous Medicine Women from Peru.
The 13th Rite is connected to the Divine Feminine energy, to the 13 moons of the year, and the cycle of women's wombs. It is an energetic transmission that is intended to heal energetic cuts created from physical surgery, personal trauma and pain (past relationships), and ancestral wounding (your karmic and genetic inheritance) which is held within the womb. Not only does this blessing heal your personal womb, but the the collective womb of womankind (and your ancestors past, present and future), as well as the womb of Mother Earth.
Once you have received the Rite of The Womb, the energetic transmission acts as a seed, which requires cultivation, guidance will be provided on how you can grow and strengthen the Rite of the Womb within you and for Mother Earth.
When you receive this Rite, you’re initiated into a lineage of women who have become liberated Sovereign beings by cultivating their feminine power and taking responsibility for being Master Creators of their personal reality.
Pre and Post Session Care
To get the most from your experience, in the days leading up to your appointment take time to self reflect and think about what your intention is for your journey/session. On the day it is encouraged to be well hydrated, avoiding caffeine and heavy meals prior to your session.
Plan your post-care, make sure to include time for yourself immediately after your appointment - as after your session you might be feeling exceptionally sensitive, not only emotionally but to surrounding stimulus - it's best to avoid crowds or heading to the shops or running errands after your session. Take some time to ground yourself, sit in nature if possible, have something to eat or drink a juice or herbal tea. It is also important to make sure that when you get home you wash yourself and all the clothes you are wearing to remove stagnant old energies.
Energy Healing helps you release old thoughts, emotions, and energetic patterns that no longer serve you and enables you to integrate new, higher vibrating frequencies on multiple levels - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. The effects of energy healing work does not immediately end once the session is over, energy is continuous and infinite and it will continue working through you over several days, and energetic/emotional shifts can release quickly or slowly over a period of months.
Sometimes keeping a journal is a good way to process the subtle shifts (small steps) that are occurring, and when you look back and reflect you will be able to see the bigger picture of the whole journey.
Whilst Energy Healing can be very powerful and produces remarkable results, the technique is used for self development purposes and is in no way intended to replace medical advice or diagnosis. So do take good care of yourself and understand that you take full responsibility for your emotional and physical well-being for anything which may arise during an Energy Healing session with a practitioner or thereafter.
